Summary:

This stunning Tuscany villa near the sea is surrounded by the most incredible countryside. It enjoys views across vineyards, oak woods, eucalyptus and Mediterranean scrubland which fill the air with an intoxicating aroma. Stretching in the distance, guests can even see the Mediterranean sea and the stretch of coast that lies between Bibbona and Castiglioncello. Sit back, enjoy the views of four of the islands that sit within the Tuscan archipelago and watch the sun set into the Tyrrhenian Sea.



The Space:

This Tuscany villa nears the sea has seven bedrooms in total, all with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, two dining rooms (one seating 14 and the other 6) and a spacious living area. All the bedrooms are situated on the first floor of the villa and all have ensuite bathrooms. Five are accessed via an internal staircase whilst the remaining two bedrooms are accessed via an external staircase. All bedrooms can be arranged with either two single beds or a kingsize bed. One of the bedrooms also has a private living area whilst another has a private terrace. All have air conditioning and are also equipped with TVs.



A large covered terrace stretches along the full length of the front of this Tuscany villa near the sea. It enjoys terrific views over the surrounding parkland and is furnished with table and chairs, perfect for al fresco dining. There are also comfortable outdoor sofas and chairs here.



Outside, guests at this Tuscany villa near the sea also have their own pool to use on site (open from June to September). Measuring 22 metres by 9 metres and 150 cm deep, it's perfect for those who enjoy a serious swim. This is surrounded by sun beds and loungers. There is also a gazebo to provide some shade to those that want it.



Please note that guests enjoy a complimentary wine tasting. This takes place on a Sunday between 10 o'clock and midday. Guests will have the opportunity to taste three different wines. We can also provide a daily breakfast service for an additional 28 euros per person per day. Or guests can visit the nearby Terraforte Restaurant and enjoy breakfast there for just 20 euros per person. This restaurant is just a 2 minute walk away.



A range of additional services are available on request for a small additional fee. For example, a daily cleaning service can be provided for a cost of 25 euros per hour and linen changes at a rate of 15 euros per room. Pets are welcome but there is an extra charge of 80 euros per pet per week for the additional cleaning required. Extra beds for children or camp beds can be provided for an extra charge of 100 euros per week per bed. Please ask for more details.
