Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. The house is a perfect cosy place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This house has 2 bedrooms with flexibility to sleep up to 7/8 guests...

- In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed with space to accommodate a large single and comfortable airbed, or a travel cot for babies or Next To Me Crib for infants.
- The second bedroom contains a zip link king size bed which can be split into two singles with an additional 2 guest beds and can still sleep an additional airbed if required - perfect for families and friends wanting to share. Alternatively, there's room in the living room for the additional airbed.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

- The kitchen has a fridge freezer, large hob and double oven with grill, kettle, fridge freezer, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pod machine with milk frother and everything you could possibly need to rustle up a tasty dinner - including steak knives.

There is 1 large powerful walk in shower with basin and a separate WC with integrated bidet facility (if you haven't tried a shower toilet before...once you've tried it you'll never look back!). Plenty of towels, with complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash /ear buds, tooth picks and cotton pads.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. There is on street parking available outside the property - a parking scratch card or parking disc will need to used - supplied by host.

If you're bringing a baby, there's a "Next To Me Crib" and/or a travel cot available to use, along with a Mamas & Papas high chair seat tray table and a baby bath with baby towel and thermometer.

You're welcome to bring a dog or 2 small dogs (please just ask) - dog bowls, poo bags, leads and treats available to use during your stay. Please note there is no garden, so to toilet your dog you will need to cross the road to the green area or go for a walk to the beach which is only a 15 minute walk away.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 12pm.
- Smoking is not allowed inside.
- Free parking on street - a parking disc and scratchcard will be left on the kitchen side for you to use.
- 1 large dog or 2 small dogs are allowed at the property, please let me know prior to your stay if you're bringing your pet, so we can arrange toilet bags and treats! Only house trained pets (toileting and barking) allowed please, to keep the peace with the neighbours!
