The Space:

The house offers a complete holiday experience, with well-defined spaces designed for your comfort. The spacious and inviting living room features a dining table for socialising and a Smart TV for entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare your meals. To relax and enjoy the outdoors, the terrace with outdoor furniture is the ideal spot. The bedroom area, located on the second floor, includes a suite with a double bed and a French balcony, a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a double bedroom with a desk, offering a variety of accommodation options. The three full bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy for all guests. For added convenience, the house is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV with channels, a dishwasher and a washing machine and tumble dryer.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire flat, including the three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and garden. Enjoy all the amenities, such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas.



The Neighborhood:

Matosinhos, a vibrant and ever-changing city, is a paradise for lovers of surfing and seafood. Just a stone’s throw from the house, discover Matosinhos Municipal Market, a hub where local tradition comes to life through fresh produce and authentic flavours. Explore the city’s unique architecture, including the Piscina das Marés and the award-winning Cruise Terminal. Indulge in the fish and seafood restaurants along the coast, just a few minutes’ walk away. Between May and June, enjoy the famous Festa do Senhor de Matosinhos, one of the biggest celebrations in northern Portugal, right on your doorstep.



Getting Around:

For your convenience, we offer a transfer service upon request (price on application). In addition, the property is well connected by a comprehensive public transport network.



Other Things to Note:

There is a zero tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum charge of 200 euros will be applied for smoking.



If you wish to check out late, please contact our team to check availability. Note that an unauthorized stay past the check-out time, might result in an extra charge (10% of the daily rate, per hour, up to one day).



If you lose your key, you will be charged a fee (on request). If you leave your keys inside the apartment and need our staff to open the door, there will be a charge of €40 after 7pm. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) - cost on request.



We have a transfer service that will drop you off at your apartment! Just ask!



For bookings of 28 nights or more we have a limit of €230 for water, electricity and the internet/television package. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be paid by the guest.



The tenant undertakes, whenever requested by the host, to allow a member of the host's staff in to inspect the property, and monthly visits are expected for this purpose.



You can also enjoy a delicious breakfast service which can be delivered to your apartment every morning on request!



In order to make Matosinhos more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €2.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 16 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).
