The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favorite shows. The area has a warm ambiance and a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. It has access to a balcony to enjoy the sunny days.

The kitchen has essential cookware and cutlery to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, a washing machine, and coffee machine.

The first bedroom is an ensuite with a queen bed, a wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It has access to a balcony, making it a great place to relax and breathe fresh air. The second bedroom is also a pleasant room with a double bed. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

It is necessary to climb stairs to reach the entire house.

This property is situated in a prime location for exploring the city. Within close proximity are two must-see attractions, the National Palace of Pena and Quinta da Regaleira, both offering a glimpse into the rich history and culture of Sintra. Additionally, guests can enjoy a variety of dining options nearby, including the highly-rated restaurants Incomum and Metamorphosis. With its convenient location and access to top attractions and dining options, Rua Do Casal Da Mina 2 is the ideal home base for a memorable stay in Sintra.

It is located on Rua Do Casal Da Mina 2 in Sintra, Portugal. Situated just a 9-minute walk from Portela de Sintra station and 1.2 km from Sintra station, it offers convenient access to public transportation for exploring the surrounding area.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
