Sie werden diese 1 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht und geräumigen privaten Balkon Lanai genießen. Ein neues "Zuhause in der Ferne" für die Eigentümer, sie haben neue Fußböden verlegt, neue Möbel gekauft und diese Wohnung schön aufgemotzt! Beide Bäder wurden im August 2018 komplett renoviert und sind einfach wunderschön mit einer begehbaren Dusche im Master. Küchen- und Wohnraumrenovierungen sind für Ende 2020 geplant.

Kona Pacific bietet viele Annehmlichkeiten wie kostenlose Parkplätze, Aufzüge, einen schönen Pool und eine Sonnenterrasse mit Meerblick und liegt direkt am Rande der Stadt. Sie können ein kurzes Stück zu Fuß zu mehreren Cafés, Cafés, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & amp; Essen gehen oder die saisonalen Feste und Paraden auf dem Alii Drive verfolgen.

Diese Wohnung hat ein Kingsize-Bett & amp; Ein Queensize-Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich für 4 Personen. Auch eine Klimaanlage, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und zwei Vollbäder, ein Essbereich im Inneren und auf der Veranda.

Von Ihrem Ferienhaus aus können Sie die unzähligen Attraktionen und Aktivitäten auf der Big Island von Hawaii besuchen. Wonderful Stay

Booked on extremely short notice, excellent communication and response from the booking agent. Great location for anything you want to do on the island. Condo had everything we needed, loved the beach chairs. Reserved parking spot made it so easy to come and go. Great pool and ocean and Mountain View’s from the lanai. Would stay again if we return to Kona.

Everything you want!

We lived the location-close enough to the action but far enough away also. You can walk to the restaurants from the condo. It was great having 2 bathrooms and a/c. The king sized bed was very comfortable.

The condo location was perfect. The only issue we had, our doors did not lock and we were concern for our safety at 70 years old. However, the issue was addressed promptly. Our view of the ocean every morning was breathtaking. We will definitely be returning.

Wonderful vacation made amazing

I can’t say enough how much you all made out stay amazing. From the beautiful views and the convenient location to the beach. My family stayed across the street at the Royal Kona resort and seemed disappointed in what they paid versus quality. However, my parents came and enjoyed the comfort and design in the layout of the condo. My husband and I loved how comfortable the bed was and “no hassle” access to get into the location. We loved loved loved the kitchen and appreciated how everything was supplied. We experienced no lack. We totally felt at home and we appreciate you all greatly. I will definitely book again when we return. I almost forgot to add the apartment was immaculately cleaned🥰 Thanks Again ❤️

Loved this condo - will book again!

The listing was completely accurate - the condo is beautiful and well-appointed. Kitchen is fully-equipped, including a blender for frozen piña coladas :) The location is so convenient, nearly every night we wandered down to Coconut Grove Market, we also took in the luau at the Royal Kona, which is basically across the street. Having an assigned parking space is a nice.bonus. BBQ'ing on balcony is not allowed, but there are two BBQs located in the pool area. Til next time - mahalo!

A great unit in a quiet complex. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. Beautiful bathrooms. Excellent king size bed in a spacious bedroom. Kitchen a bit dated but fully stocked with all cooking utensils needed. Very large lanai. Great amenities for the beach. Chairs and umbrella came in super handy. We had a wonderful vacation. Kona Sweet Spot

My wife and I spent hours looking at various VRBOs in Kona and landed on this Kona Pacific B411 as the best of location meets amenities meets price. We were so right! Covered parking, just a block from the ocean with a sunset balcony view. ACs work perfect. Came with beach chairs, cooler, fishing rod. As the owner of a Starwood (now Marriott) vacation villa in Maui and Kauai I felt similarly at home here too! When back in Kona we'll be back at this unit for sure.

Great Views!!

First time renting a condo in this complex, and we couldn’t have been any happier with our decision to rent this condo! Huge bedroom with access to a large lanai. Loved having 2 bathrooms as well . Nicely decorated, very clean, with lots of included amenities. We loved sitting out in the large lanai enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean harbour and the hills on the other side. Loved that it’s a short walk to all the shops and restaurants in town. Great pool and barbecue facilities included. The booking staff were extremely helpful during our stay. This is definitely on our list as a must stay for our next trip to Kona.

WOW - spacious condo and perfect location

Everything was absolutely perfect during our 3 week stay! We loved having our own space in the parking garage. We loved the gorgeous pool. The entire condo was fully stocked and the kitchen has EVERYTHING. Even some beach items were provided. Checking couldn't have been easier. Location is THE absolute best (try On the Rocks for happy hour, Humpy's for breakfast, Gypsea Gelato, and soooo many more nearby within a few minutes walk). Condo looked even better in person and is huge for Kona standards. The lanai was a fabulous place to eat dinner and watch the sunset. Having 2 bathrooms was also a big bonus. This place was literally perfect. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful condo and location

We were in Kona for the Ironman 2022. Kona Pacific is about 15 minutes from the airport, and approx. 20 minute walk from the Ironman starting line. The condo was lovely and extremely clean. The week we were there was extremely hot and humid, and it was key to have the air conditioners - there's one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The pull out couch is very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. Check-in/access was very easy and the complex is lovely. We spent a couple of afternoons at the pool, which was just beautiful. If you're coming to Kona for the Ironman, there are great spectating spots within walking distance - bike course goes behind the complex and the run course is just out front on the other side of the street. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Clean unit and good location

The condo was as it appears in the photos. The kitchen is well stocked and it was clean. The only negatives were that the toilets both have an extremely weak flush, not sure the Jacuzzi tub works and could not get TV in bedroom to turn on at all. Also, it is in a corner that makes it impossible to view from the bed. Additionally, the entire building is non-smoking, not just the unit itself (no designated areas for smokers). Easy walk to Ali'i Drive for dining & shopping, groceries were nearby and the highway was very close and easy to access. For the price, the unit is great and we had a wonderful vacation.

Great spot

Highly recommend staying here for you visit to the Big Island. It was very close to the center of town (5-10 minute) walk but still far enough not to hear any real noise. We were three in total, my wife and I in the bedroom and our teenage son on the pullout couch in the living room. Having two full bathrooms really makes this place great for up to 4 people. The kitchen has everything you need and the appliances are or seem to be pretty new. We had most of our meals out on the balcony, which is really spacious and runs the length of the unit. And speaking of the balcony, it is north facing so you do see the mountain but it is also a great place to see the sun set along the water. There are two wall AC units, one in the living room and another in the bedroom that work pretty well. However, we started sleeping at night with the patio doors open (with screens) and the fans running and no AC. The place also has an umbrella, cooler, snorkeling gear and a fishing rod. We also left a small boogie board that we purchased during our visit. One thing, we stayed in one place for the entire trip. It is doable but do be prepared for a couple of long drives if you want to visit the volcanoes and Hilo. But, we preferred this over having to pack and unpack while staying at a few different places. The property management company is very responsive and check in was really easy. Would come back in the future.

Great Place in the Heart of Kona

Being our first trip to the big Island, my wife and I weren't really sure were to stay. We spotted this unit after searching around for awhile. It's a newly listed rental and had no reviews but it was priced right for us and looked good in the photos. The listing stated that some remodeling had been done and more was to follow. Overall it was as expected....good but not super fantastic. There are certainly some more improvements to be made but for the most part just little fixes here and there. Our only real complaint would be the toilets of all things. They are some sort of low flow design and you had to hold the handle down for at least 8 seconds for a proper flush. Not a major issue but a bit annoying. One other thing would be the Jacuzzi tub does not seem to work. Not a big deal for me but my wife was really looking forward to using it. The kitchen is ok although the cabinets are in need of updating. Appliances were good and everything functioned great. One other huge bonus that we weren't expecting was a washer & drying in the unit. Came in very handy. The complex in general is in great shape and in a really good location just off Ali'i Dr. You can walk down to all the shops in just a couple minutes. The parking slot for the unit is under the building in the garage and conveniently located pretty close to the elevator and the unit itself is a couple doors down from the elevator so getting our groceries and gear up there was very manageable. I shouldn't forget to mention the lanai. It's huge and as seen in the photos there's a door from both the living room and the bedroom. The AC units work fine but kind of noisy. We found just leaving the lanai doors opened and the screens closed kept the temperature perfect so using the AC wasn't needed. To sum it all up, we felt it was a great place that can use a little more TLC but the price was right and reflected that and we wouldn't hesitate to rent it again in the future.

My parents live in Kona. We visit very frequently. This is our second time staying at Kona Pacific. We love the property! The unit was exactly like the photos. No surprises. Just the right amount of supplies to get through the trip. Very easy check in process. The hosts were very professional and kind. I’m certain that had we had a problem they would have assisted with urgency. We will be staying again!
