We had a blast at this condo ! I highly recommend Joesph’s place to everyone . Our first trip to Florida in the winter, and it wasn’t a mistake at all . We actually was blessed to have a few days warm . Location and easy parking was a plus.

The condo is beautiful, clean, very spacious, has 3 balconies and a spectacular view of the gulf! The beach access is directly across the street at a crosswalk with a pedestrian right of way. From the 17th floor we could see our family at the beach and pool at all times. We felt very safe and it is conveniently located with access to BCP Parkway. The beds were comfortable, new kitchen appliances and linens are professionally cleaned off site. The owner is very responsive and proactive. We had a great family vacation!

Penthouse oceanfront condo!

The view took everyone's breath away; the sunsets were, by far, their favorite time of day. All the shopping and dine-in restaurants were within walking distance. The water could have been warmer and calmer; however, it was nice to be able to sit on the beach and watch the waves roll in. The condo itself was absolutely amazing; a lot of time was spent on the balconies - it was nice and relaxing. The heated pool is located on the 4th floor where a lot of time was spent as well. The owner stayed in constant communication which was great.

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. Although we disagree with the reasons you left a four start review instead of 5 star. Unfortunately we cannot change the bathroom layout and that wasn’t discussed as a requirement. The summer season is completely booked and we usually don’t have time between cleanings to change out furniture until after the busy season. We continuously replace items worn out or broken but when items get broken between guests it’s hard to replace immediately. We catered to you and answered all your questions before the trip and even gave you the option to cancel with full refund when we couldn’t change your departure date. You were also given a 3rd parking pass at no charge. We are sorry that the place wasn’t up to your expectations.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

From the moment of booking to check out we were very impressed with the owner, property, amenities and accuracy of this listing. Pictures do not convey the view from the 2 balconies or the space in this condo. No one needed anything beyond what was here. The kitchen was well stocked with good dish ware, vacuum, and all the little things you needed. The condo was immaculately clean, there was no noise from neighbors, and the property (origins at Seahaven) was well kept and safe. The 3rd master was PERFECT for our children with a king, twin over twin bunks, and a twin trundle. The sleeper sofa was perfect, and the 2 other king masters were immaculate. We are already planning to rebook this vacation home. The communication from the owner was perfectly clear and you can tell the owner is very invested in this condo and your happiness/ well being.

6/10 – Okay

Nice interior, well kept-up

Everything was as promised, and we feel that the stay at the property was worth the money. Just two things concern us: 1) There were only two elevators, and with the crowd that stayed in the condo complex, the elevators often became very slow, with frequent stops. 2) Some of the people staying in the condo did not seem very civil. In particular, there was running/shouting among children in the lobby. When I stay at condos, I sometimes like to sit in the lobby and read, and I was not able to do that this time.,

We are glad you enjoyed your stay in our condo! Unfortunately you came in the peak season so it’s hard to control the noise from the kids as they walk back from the beach and go through the lobby to get to the elevators. If you come back next time you should check out the garden area on the 4th floor where it’s a more relaxing area for reading. There are 4 elevators total. The 2 in middle that you were using and there are two more, one on each end. Hope to see u agia
