The Building

Step into the elegance of our 18th-century building, where the bustle of the city fades away. Walk through the grand archway into a serene courtyard filled with lush greenery. The ground-floor apartment is easy to access—no stairs to climb—and opens into a private, shaded patio with an ancient fig tree, perfect for relaxing after a day in the city.

The Apartment

Recently renovated, the apartment offers a cozy, modern living space with all the comforts of home. Enjoy meals in the dining area, or step outside to savor a glass of wine on the patio. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, from a Nespresso machine to an electric oven.

The Bedroom

Rest easy in the quiet bedroom, furnished with a comfortable king size bed, a sofa bed, and a crib for families. This serene space is designed for restful nights after long days of sightseeing.

The Bathroom

The bright, private bathroom features a bathtub with a shower, a makeup mirror, and essentials like towels, shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner. Our eco-friendly 80-liter water heater provides ample hot water for up to four guests.

The Patio

Enjoy the apartment’s two private outdoor spaces—one accessible from the bedroom and another in the courtyard. Whether you want to sunbathe, read a book, or sip a drink, the tranquil patios are the perfect escape from the city’s energy.

Pet-Friendly

Bring your furry friend along! We provide all the essentials for your pets, including food and water bowls, a comfortable bed, and a first aid kit. We can also provide supplies for cats, and local veterinary contacts are available if needed.

Cleanliness

We ensure the apartment is spotless upon your arrival. For longer stays, additional cleaning services are available upon request for €35 after seven nights.

HOUSE RULES

I kindly ask you a minute of your time.

Here are some house rules to avoid incomprehensions or intolerable behaviours.

I really care about the quality of the service I try to provide and that also depends on you. If anything breaks or doesn’t work please let me know as soon as possible.

🚩 Respect my house as if it was yours, bad behaviours are not tolerable.

❌ Don’t damage the furniture and objects or use it improperly.

❌ Don’t touch or damage the walls in any way.

❌ Don't stain bed linens and towels.

❌ When you’re not home please turn off the heating or AC and lights.

❌ Do not disconnect the WiFi router or our security camera. Don't unplug any cable behind the sofa.

❌ It is forbidden to have other people inside the house if not declared during the check in, for security reasons and Italian law.

❌ It is forbidden to have parties.

❌ Respect the tranquility of the condominium, everyone wants to relax

❌ Don’t put back dirty dishes or cutlery inside the kitchen cabinets or drawers.

❌ Don't leave any kind of food around the house. Ants are not welcome in my house.

❌ Don’t throw out food and solids down the drain, please recycle.

❌ Don't throw out anything in the toilet other than toilet paper.
No flushable wipes, cotton balls, dental floss, kitchen paper, facial tissue, condoms or sanitary pads. use the provided containers.
In case of clogging plumber service will be charged.

❌ Do not try to force the keys in the doors locks. If the key doesn't turn or doesn't open the door, you are trying with the wrong key or in the wrong direction or you need to turn it again. Forcing a key can cause it to break off in the lock.
Locksmith service will be charged.
