Great weekend getaway with family. Accommodations are nice . Living area small for two little to run around.

So walkable!

We stayed for 3 nights this spring with our two young children. The kids shared a comfortable queen size bed. The apartment was so walkable and easy to get to the west village, Chelsea, meat packing, tribeca, etc. Check in and out was so easy. We were very happy to with our entire experience and while absolutely stay again.

Great Location for all NYC offers

This apartment is in a great location in Greenwich Village / Washington Square. The apartment's rent is a great value. It was big enough for my son and me. Great subway access, but we only used once in the six days there as we walked almost everywhere in Manhattan. The noise level internally and externally was very low. I highly recommend.

Location Location Location

This little apartment is in the epicenter of SOHO. We loved walking outside in the mornings with NYC energy palpable immediately. We had a great stay and the host was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Since it was just the 2 of us, we used the 2nd bedroom as a hang out room, playing some jazz in the morning while lounging and sipping on coffee. If you don't care about a spacious place and would rather feel like you're a local New Yorker instead of a guest visitor, this is the place for you.

Broken/unusable shower and no communication

After a bit of a confusing check in process, we found the apartment to be small (too small for 4 adult sized people) but in a great location. We tried to shower one morning and it was clear that the shower was not draining properly and would overflow and flood the bathroom if used. We let the management know and were told that a work order would be submitted but they had no idea when the repair would be completed. After about 8 hrs with no update, I reached out to inform the management that we would need to relocate to a hotel as we were a family of four that needed a working shower. I received no response to that message or the subsequent 4 messages I sent over the next few days. I requested a refund for the days in which we had to pay for the hotel room and received no response. What a disappointing experience. I would not recommend renting this apartment to anyone as the management does not operate with any integrity.

We enjoyed this perfectly located and appointed crash pad.. It’s tiny but, it was all we needed as our home base for the week with our two teenage boys..
