Initially I felt there were a lot of red flags that this could be a scam, but the unit does indeed exis and it is a very nice unit. Yes it is on the 4th floor with no elevator. I was communicated with by a team of multiple people, messages would come at random times of day and night via different phone numbers, through the app, and email and it wasn't with the local host until about an hour before we got there. The address for the property in the app was not the address I was given by the team. They also made me download an app for getting in the door, but then that app was never used. Just a lot of disjointed communication. We were asked to get the keys from a lock ox on arrival but then was told last minute we had to meet the host to get the keys, we were told to leave our keys in a lockbox upon leaving but we couldn't get into the lock box. Overall the stay was great, but I was bothered by the lack of organization around the check in/ check out process and I hope they can fix that. All that being said, I would stay there again. It's a great spot near the subway line, clean, and has everything you need.

The host was welcoming. The apartment was great. Please let people know that there are 7 sets of steps to go up. We were able to do it, but it was difficult. We are in our late 60’s.

This was a huge upgrade from a basic hotel room for a really reasonable price! Host was super responsive at all times, apartment was clean and comfortable, beautiful location. Highly recommend if you are looking to sleep a family and don’t want to all share the same room. I’d definitely stay here again!
