Wonderful family home with a heated and secure swimming pool, very spacious indoor and outdoor space! Perfect house for families or friends and can accommodate up to 10 people, designed as a true haven of peace in the heart of the village.

This charming property in Auterrive is made up of two living rooms, a very spacious open plan kitchen/dining room, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,000 m² and laze around the swimming pool.

We are only 45 minutes from the Spanish border! Here, it's the countryside, between Pau and Biarritz, ideal for spending a good family vacation with your children or friends, with closeby lakes, rivers and the coast too.

The accommodation is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

Living room 1 – with 2 sofas, TV, fireplace (wood not provided)
Living room 2 - large living room with 2 sofas, a quiet and warm space
A dining room and large, well-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, 2 ovens, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates
2 double bedrooms with queen-size beds 160x200
2 bathrooms (one bathroom is en-suite with bedroom)
Both ground floor bathrooms have a shower, wash basin and WC

Upstairs:

Bedroom 3: a queen-size double bed 160x200
Bedroom 4: two single beds
Bedroom 5: a queen-size double bed 160x200 with en-suite bathroom incl. shower and bath
Exterior: A private swimming pool (heated) of 10x5m, secured by an electric roller cover and open from June to September (non-contractual dates)
A terrace, on one side of the kitchen, with a large dining table, BBQ and plancha - to enjoy the sunny days for outside dining

- One animal is accepted free of charge in the accommodation, please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean state and clean the household appliances after use.
- Any child swimming is the responsibility of a parent. The opening dates of the swimming pool are non-contractual.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to the availability of the person responsible for reception.
