- Check-in and Check-out Procedure:

To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.

- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.

- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.

SUSTAINABILITY RULES

→ Promote sustainability: Turn off equipment when not in use.
→ Cleanliness: Contribute by keeping the accommodation clean and using designated waste containers.
→Towels: Use them carefully to avoid additional replacement costs.

KEY RULES

→ Report immediately in case of loss or damage to the keys. Replacement cost applies.
