Gather around the dining table for an intimate meal or unwind on the expansive terrace, where outdoor furniture and ambient lighting set the scene for memorable evenings.
Retreat to the tranquillity of the three bedrooms, all carefully designed with luxurious bedding and ample storage space. The accommodation includes two double bedrooms (one en suite) and a third bedroom with two single beds.
NOTE: This is a no elevator 3rd-floor apartment

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire apartment located on the 3rd floor. Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
We are GuestReady, a property management company, and we want to ensure your stay is as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 to provide assistance during your stay. Please note that this is a private property, so kindly take good care of it as if it were your own.
Located in the prestigious Boavista neighborhood, the apartment is surrounded by upscale dining and shopping experiences. Explore the cultural richness of nearby Casa da Música or stroll through the lush Serralves Gardens, all within a short distance.
Effortlessly explore Porto with convenient access to public transportation. The Casa da Música metro station, a short walk from the apartment, connects you to the city's extensive transit network, making it simple to reach iconic destinations and vibrant neighbourhoods throughout Porto.
This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
