Birch Cottage is set over three floors and has three bedrooms, including two doubles and a single. There’s also a shower room, a kitchen/diner, a basement utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, a TV and WiFi. Permits for roadside parking are available to purchase and nearby public car parks available. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Note: The stairs have a handrail. Note: The washing machine and freezer are in the basement utility; the steps down are steep, please take care. Note: In one of the double bedrooms, the bed can only be accessed from one side, please consider this when booking. Steam railways with regular excursions are available at Embsay and Bolton Abbey, and the Leeds to Liverpool Canal passes through Skipton with the 1 mile long Foulridge Tunnel and the 5-rise locks at Bingley within a short travel.
