Hervorragendes Steinhaus im Herzen von Grassington. Komplett renoviert zu einem außergewöhnlich hohen Standard im Jahr 2017 bietet gut ausgestattete, gemütliche Unterkunft, schönen Garten und Privatparkplatz.

Unser gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus liegt versteckt im Herzen des Dorfes Grassington, direkt an der belebten Hauptstraße, aber nur wenige Minuten vom malerischen Kopfsteinpflaster entfernt.
Die Hütte bietet eine komfortable und gut ausgestattete Unterkunft für bis zu vier Personen und verfügt über eine Kombination aus modernen Möbeln und originellen Elementen. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über sichtbare Balken, Holzböden und einen Multi-Brennstoff-Herd. Schlafzimmer 1 verfügt über ein handgefertigtes Kingsize-Schlittenbett und Schlafzimmer 2 bietet die Möglichkeit, zwei Einzelbetten oder ein super Kingsize-Bett. Der schöne Garten bietet einen ausgezeichneten Ort für Mahlzeiten im Freien oder Sonnenbaden und Privatparkplätze befindet sich direkt vor der Hütte.

Ausstattung: Gas-Zentralheizung und Multi-Brennstoff-Herd. Elektroherd, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, TV. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden gestellt. Privatparkplatz für 2 Autos. Eingezäunter Garten. Sorry, keine Haustiere und kein Rauchen. Geschäfte, Cafes und Kneipen 1 min zu Fuß.

A very attractive, well-equipped and clean cottage. It was perfect for us. We appreciated having an upstairs bathroom and a downstairs loo. The kitchen was well-equipped; it even had a teapot (rare these days). We enjoyed sitting in the garden. Although in the middle of a busy village it was very quiet. As we don’t drive we used public transport, but car owners would like the parking spot outside the house.Unfortunately we had an emergency at home which meant we weren’t both there all the time, but we really want to come back here in the autumn, and in future years.

The property was as described and pictured on the website. The cottage was spotless and the host was friendly and helpful, and responsive to our requests. The location is perfect for accessing the various shops, post office and library in the village. Parking was a big plus for a property right in the village.

Perfect location

This is a lovely cottage in the middle of Grassington. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. The cottage is lovely, beds and sofas are comfortable. TV is excellent with an on demand selection. It was a bonus to have a secluded garden. Perfect for when the sun is out. It was clean (with the exception of a few cobwebs on the wall) and felt very homely. It was a quiet and peaceful place to stay and we would happily return.

Comfortable stay in great location

Perfect location, just a stone's throw from the square and shops etc in Grassington, and yet very quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds, tastefully decorated (with beautiful oak furniture), cosy lounge and a lovely little private outdoor seating area. Allotted parking a major plus. Only improvement for me would be a Nespresso coffee machine but you could easily bring this with you. We had perfect weather during our stay and this property really added to the whole experience.

Tucked Away Cottage

This is a lovely cottage, well converted, in the centre of Grssington. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. It was very clean when we arrived, complete with an information pack, local guide books etc. we really enjoyed our stay here and Grassington is so pretty. Luckily we had great weather so we made the most of our stay touring the Dales.

Cosy cottage.

Very pleasant 4 night stay in mid March. Weather kind to us. Beautiful local walks, no need to use the car during our stay. Planned to take the local bus to Appletreewick on Tuesday. Note it does not run on Tuesdays so went to Skioton!

Tucked Away

Wonderful, warm cottage visited in midst of winter. Comfortable and cozy, with plenty of hot water. High quality appliances, furniture and finishes, with access to excellent pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The owners care very much about providing a care-free experience for visitors.An excellent base for anyone wishing to explore the dales, or having an interest in ACG&S TV series.

This was our 2nd stay at the cottage, it is comfortable and clean, and has everything you need for your stay, the position just off the market square is excellent, and has the bonus of 2 parking spaces

We have stayed at this property mostly around Springtime where the temperature is fine however things were slightly different in the winter.The lounge door in the cottage does not shut properly and due to the high winds at the weekend the lounge was cold and draughty.I also feel that the kitchen area could be furnished with the following items: Food Weighing scales, more cooking utensils, bread bin.At the moment there are three large pots however it would be useful to have different sizes for making sauces, porridge and even boiling eggs or just smaller for two guests.A couple of casserole dishes would be beneficial for making dishes and also some scourers where the dishwasher has not removed the stains/ food.

Quality cottage and location

Great two bedroom cottage quality fittings, well equipped, and in a fantastic location close to all of the pubs, restaurants, and shops. We used it as a base to do two long walks and then in the evening just walk out and back to the entertainment on offer.

Amazing

What an amazing cottage this is, we are looking forward to a return visit, such a quite place only a couple of minutes away from the village square, lots of places to eat, pubs, restaurants, cafe etc we enjoyed a trip to Skipton and then just stayed in and enjoyed the log fire, would recommend.
