We are located in the Portoferraio countryside, along the north coast of the island. This apartment is perfect for a peaceful holiday, surrounded by greenery and large expanses of vines, finishing with a breathtaking view of the splendid gulf of Portoferraio. A short distance away there is a supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants.
The Prade beach is just over 1 km away, and the Ottone beach is about 2 km away. The very pretty and renowned hamlet of Bagnaia with its beach equipped with establishments, bars and restaurants, also ideal for summer evenings, can be reached in 5 minutes by car. The town of Portoferraio is about 8 km away, while that of Rio Marina is about 11 km.
THE SPACE
Two-room apartment 4+1 (child max 10 years) sleeps, located in a terraced house. The entire property is accessible with an automatic gate. The apartment is located on the 1st floor, reachable by two flights of stairs. It consists of an independent entrance, on the left a small space near the entrance equipped with a queen-size sofa bed. Living room with kitchenette and dining table, TV, single sofa bed and access to the terrace overlooking the sea. Double bedroom with access to the sea view terrace. Bathroom with shower box (without window, with aerator).
