Villino Ponente is a 4-bed vacation home located on the ground floor of a brand new complex, Residence Marelena, just 30 meters from the sea in Casalabate, a picturesque and lively resort on the Adriatic coast north of Lecce.
The cottage has parking space and a large furnished veranda. Vacation home accessories include air conditioning, smart TV, wi-fi internet, washing machine, electric oven, hair dryer, iron, mosquito nets, outdoor shower.

cottage is one of the vacation homes that make up the newly built
residence. The entrance is independent with parking in a common area.
A spacious veranda with wooden pergola is furnished with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
The interior of Villino Ponente consists of living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen, 1 double bedroom, 1 full shower room. Both the living and sleeping areas are air-conditioned.

Villino Ponente is located in a quiet area 30 meters from the sea, less than 150 meters from the center of Casalabate, the first seaside resort in the province of Lecce.
In Casalabate there are all the main services, bars, ice cream parlors, restaurants, supermarkets, children's playground. There is also the small port and a picturesque and varied market held every Sunday morning.
A few meters from the house is the waterfront that
is loved by young people and families, in the evenings a meeting point
for pleasant evenings and long walks. There are often organized evenings with music and live performances.
The long beaches with high dunes scented
with Mediterranean maquis, alternate long free stretches with equipped
lidos, including Sun Beach and the Exotic lido. The sea is crystal clear and the beaches have soft sand rich in shells.
Casalabate
is located north of Lecce, the city of unmistakable Baroque style,
which is worth visiting for its historic center, churches and palaces,
stores, gastronomy and lively nightlife. Brindisi airport is less than a
half-hour`s drive away.

- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
