Our host, Marta was gracious and welcoming… She met us at the apartment and explained everything to us… Which was extremely helpful… We had an absolutely wonderful time and the apartment was spotlessly, clean and beautifully decorated! Also very, very quiet. Very centrally located as well… So it was extremely easy to get around Venice. We could not be happier… And we highly recommend our host and her property! William

Great Location

Location is great. Easy walking to all the major sightseeing. Apartment was beautiful. Bedrooms & bathrooms worked great for 6 adults. Owner very responsive & helpful with any questions we asked. Would stay here again .

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was great for our group of 3 couples, short walk to St. Marks square and close to Giglio transportation stop. Marta and her assistant Patricia were gracious in accommodating our late arrival (after 12:00AM). We would definitely stay there again!

This property was perfect for us, we wanted three bedrooms and three bathrooms in San Marco. It was clean and looked like everything was recently updated. All of the bathrooms were modern, beautiful and functional. The host, Marta is the best. She was so helpful and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Great place in Venice

We loved the property! There were 6 of us and we were very comfortable in the space. It could be a little confusing to find it on your own, but Margharita met us at the boat and took us there. She was great explaining everything and making us feel at home. There is one flight of stairs, but they are wide and manageable. The boat stop is quite close, just a few minutes walk.

Lovely Property Located Close to St Marks

The property was very pretty & located within walking distance to St Marks Square in Venice. Very pretty property with nice amenities. Only a short walk from the water taxi drop off. Comfortable beds & a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. There are several sets of stairs that were not easy to navigate with luggage for a few of our elderly family members. Would consider hiring a good porter for luggage assistance.

Venice quickly

We were absolutely delighted with the property. It is very centrally located and close to where we disembarked from our water Taxi. It was clean and all the essentials for the kitchen were available. There are 3 bedrooms and one of the 3 has two single beds with a bathroom across the hall. Marta was very accomodating and available if we needed info. I'm only sorry we had to leave a day early.

Great property

Beautiful property. We loved it. Good neighborhood plenty of space. Our only issue was communication. Marta says she was available for inquiries and information but didn't respond to requests for information or details on check in. I texted several times and the only response I got was a Google Maps link that was supposed to get us there. Details like "its the yellow as you approach" would have been very helpful. GPSs are notoriously bad in Venice because of the high buildings. We absolutely LOVED this property. Just getting there the first time was a bit of a challenge. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Marta again! Very nice place!

A perfect stay in Venezia

Our family of 5 adults stayed for 4 nights in mid-April. In all our visits to Italy, this is the most beautiful apartment we’ve ever had! Perfect central location, but very quiet, with easy private entry, up just one floor, all perfectly clean and we had plenty of space. All the beds were comfortable, the 3 spacious bathrooms are a luxury. The kitchen is well designed to fit its small space and is stocked with everything we needed. The furniture (including the new, upgraded chairs in the dining room) is all beautiful and comfortable. Very timely, helpful and friendly communication from Marta before and during our stay. Her gracious and friendly assistant Margherita met us at our arrival dock, showed us to the apartment and gave us helpful advice for our stay. After our long flights, the complimentary tray of yummy snacks was very welcome. We highly recommend all 3 Muneghe apartments! Thank you for a perfect visit. Speriamo tornare ancora!

We had a terrific time in Venice. Marta and Patricia were great hosts. The apartment is very nice and in a great location. We were a little disappointed that the balcony mentioned in the description is actually part of a different apartment in the building(in guessing a translation issue with the VRBO app), and the furnishings are not ideal in the living room and kitchen for a rental as they are antiques and fragile. At least a couple chairs could not be used because they were falling apart and the dishes can not be put through the dishwasher because they are hand painted. The beds are hard, but not uncomfortable and the bathrooms were all very nice. Everything you want to see is just a short walk away, which is very convenient, but the apartment is tucked away and somewhat difficult to find. Some instructions would have been helpful as GPS didn’t quite know where to send us. All in all, terrific stay. Thanks for having us!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

We chose to stay in this apartment near San Marco Square and we are so glad we did! We were six people…two families of three, each of us with a teenage daughter. Marta’s apartment was perfect for us. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a great living room, dining and kitchen area, it had everything we needed. We chose to eat in the night we arrived since it was pouring rain and we were tired from travelling. There was an amazing pizzeria just around the corner, and we had a dining room table and all the amenities in the apartment to make our meal extremely enjoyable. The location was perfect. Easy access to the Water bus, a short walk to San Marco square and lots of shops and eateries near by. Unfortunately, it rained almost the entire time we were in Veinice, but Marta had left many umbrellas for us to use while we were there. We were so grateful for that! Marta was kind and generous and answered all of my messages quickly. She was there waiting for us upon arrival and answered all the questions we had. I would definitely recommend this apartment for your stay in Venice! So comfortable, clean and very central to Venice. We would stay there again if the opportunity presents itself! Thank you, Marta!

Great place!

Very close to the water taxi station, which is very very helpful when you are lugging suitcases! This is in the heart of San Marco and easily walkable to everything, including other neighborhoods. Marta was very helpful as a hostess, and gave us many local recommendations. The rooms were beautiful and clean. Would stay here again.

Appartement fidèle à la description en ligne. Très bonne situation, chambres spacieuses, très bonne literie, décoration purement vénitienne... A recommander. Petit bémol cependant sur l'équipement de cuisine insuffisant pour 6 personnes ( nombre de couverts limité / 1 seul faitout et aucune casserole / cafetière très longue à couler ... et pas de four micro ondes qui serait utile plus qu'un vrai four car on ne vient pas à Venise pour passer du temps en cuisine).
