Perseus House is located on a beautifully maintained development, which is only a short 5-minute drive from several "Blue Flag" beaches.

It was fully refurbished in 2022 and is very well equipped with reverse cycle air conditioning, double glazing, insect screens, and shutters on all windows. The quality of the furnishings are way above those normally found in short term accommodation houses. This house would suit couples and not children. The property has 2 bedrooms on the first floor, both with their own bathrooms with a further toilet on the ground floor. The master bedroom overlooks the large pool. The second bedroom has a single bed. The house enjoys private access to the pool directly from the sunny patio. The house is mainly set up for remote working for a professional couple. The second bedroom is primarily used as an office but has a single bed.

The pool and gardens are maintained by the management company, so the house and area are well kept all year. Please note that the pool is generally closed from early November until April.

We have 3 properties on the same development, just a few meters apart, so we can possibly cater for three families for a total of up to 11 persons easily and possibly up to 13 using temporary beds. This is, of course, dependent upon availability. It is best to book early if interested.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. We also provide pool towels so you do not need to pack these bulky items.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Contact us if you would like to amend these times. If we do not have subsequent bookings we can probably help.
- Smoking is not allowed inside.
- Sorry no children.
- There is a dedicated parking space or park on the road nearby.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
