Apartment inside the Le Tortore condominium in Magazzini, a small seaside village on the north coast of the island.
Here wild nature and peace reign supreme, with its characteristic beaches of sand mixed with colored pebbles smoothed by the crystal clear sea typical of the island. These beaches are shown at their best when the warm Sirocco wind blows, never crowded with tourists, they mainly welcome residents.
Snorkeling, diving, trekking and biking excursions are all perdilette activities for those who choose to stay on this stretch of coast, with its beaches enjoying natural shade, thanks to tamarisk plants. Not to be missed is the sunset from Le Prade beach, with its incredible view of the town of Portoferraio.
The nearest town is Bagnaia, which is full of sea-view clubs, excellent restaurants, and boat, dinghy, and sailing school rentals.

We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate garbage and dispose of it.

Access to the light-hued apartment avvine from the small living room with an equipped kitchenette, dining table with chairs and a two-seater sofa. The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with direct access to the garden, a twin bedroom and a small bathroom with shower. At your disposal is a small garden full of greenery, with table and chairs with umbrella for eating outside and sun loungers.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 must be paid a supplement of € 50.00
- small/medium size animals allowed, with a surcharge on cleaning of € 30.00
- deposit (compulsory): € 150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after viewing the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euro per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
