Der weiße Zaun der Suttons Bay ist ein wahrhaft einzigartiges Ferienobjekt. Das Anwesen ist eine Zusammenstellung von restaurierten circa 1900 landwirtschaftlichen GebĂ€uden nur einen Block sĂŒdlich von einem der malerischen Dörfer im Oberen Mittelwesten. Das Dorf Suttons Bay hat Luxus-Shopping, Kunstgalerien und ausgezeichnete Restaurants im Überfluss. White Fence of Suttons Bay ist nur wenige Gehminuten von allem und zentral gelegen fĂŒr Touren alle landschaftlich reizvollen Leelanau County und seine Vielzahl von WeingĂŒtern, feine Restaurants, charmante Dörfer und die Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park.

Weißer Zaun ist eine kleine und ruhige Eigenschaft, die sorgfĂ€ltig renoviert wurde. Die GĂ€ste-Suite ist kunstvoll gemacht mit PrivatsphĂ€re, ruhigen und herrlichen Blick auf die Bucht im Auge behalten. Die Anlage ist wunderschön mit Sitzbereichen umgeben, darunter private Decks am Strand. Night Star Gazing ist unvergesslich. Obwohl wir Haustiere und Kinder lieben, ist die Kutschenhaus-Suiten nicht dafĂŒr gedacht.

Direkt gegenĂŒber von White Fence befindet sich ein Feinkostladen, der auf lokale Produkte spezialisiert ist und eine umfangreiche Weinauswahl beherbergt, in der der Sommelier Ihnen die preisgekrönten lokalen Weine beschreiben kann. Es gibt einen AußenkĂŒchenbereich am weißen Zaun mit Holzkohlegrill, wenn Sie sich entscheiden, zu kochen und heiße Platte zum Sautieren und Kochen zu haben.

Auch direkt ĂŒber die Straße, ist der Leelanau Trail, eine ausgedehnte Rad-, Wander- und Laufstrecke. Es bietet Meilen von malerischen Genuss. In den Wintermonaten ist der Trail fĂŒr Langlauf gepflegt.
Der weiße Zaun wurde ursprĂŒnglich fĂŒr das GeschĂ€ft am 4. Juli 2010 eröffnet. Die neuen Besitzer sind stĂ€ndige Bewohner der Suttons Bay und unser Ziel ist es, die Schönheit und die Ruhe zu bewahren, die die GĂ€ste seit dem Anfang erfreut hat.

Property owners were wonderful! What a great stay we had. We loved how this carriage house was decorated. It was very comfortable and cozy. This is a perfect place for two people. The location is excellent. We could walk to the market or a restaurant across the street, or take a very short walk into town. The beach is right in front of the cottage with clear water and beautiful sand and there are decks as well, for those who don’t like sandy feet. It was delightful!

We chose the property originally for the proximity to the bike trail. The bike ride was great and the carriage house was conveniently located near restaurants and the grocery. The view of the lake was beautiful!

Excellent quality lodging on Sutton‘s Bay

spacious, high-quality designed lodging, that includes wonderful artwork. Great access to a beautiful beach area right on the water. The only downside was the properties exterior needs cleaning and painting.Another bonus was a great grocery store right across the street. The property backs up to a major highway, but the noise was minimal inside.

Ideal Location

We could have titled this in a number of ways but you can’t beat this location that has a private beach and proximity to downtown Suttons Bay. We stayed in mid-May and it was very quiet and traffic was light. No problem getting into restaurants.

Incredible Lakeside View

Thank you for a delightful stay in this comfortable & cosy carriage house. We stayed here to climb & hike the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. A perfect location for exploring, as at every turn there was a hiking trail, lake, wineries & restaurants. So peaceful drinking our morning coffee & enjoying the lake view. We made so many incredible memories here thanks to our wonderful host’s thoughtfulness, easy communication & accuracy of listing. Check in & out process was simple. Our experience was 10/10.

A lovely cottage on the bay, easy walk into town.

Everything was very nice and as described in the listing. The main house associated with this guest house was vacant during our stay so we had use of their section of the beach. A public park and beach is just 100 yds or so to the south if you’re looking for a swimming beach and playground equipment. We enjoy walking and the street along the shore that starts south of the cottage at the park, continues for a couple miles out onto the peninsula forming the south shore of Suttons Bay. A nice walk. This location provides quick access to all the main cities of the peninsula and we took full advantage of that fact, visiting Leeland, Glen Arbor, Point Oneida historic district and Traverse City. Would love to do again.
