The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals during your stay. At its heart is a stylish island with a breakfast bar and seating, creating the perfect spot for a morning coffee or casual dining. Guests can make use of a range of appliances, including a toaster and a De'Longhi coffee machine.
The open-plan space also features a dining table with seating for up to six guests, making it ideal for shared meals, entertaining, or simply gathering together after a day of exploring Bristol.

🛏️BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Sleeping up to six guests, the home features three comfortable bedrooms across two floors. On the lower floor, there are two double bedrooms and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom. There is also a separate study, providing a convenient workspace for guests who need to work during their stay.

🌿OUTDOOR SPACE
Along the side of the house you will find a balcony as well as a small terrace area for enjoying those sunnier days!

🚗PARKING
The property is located within a permit parking zone. Parking restrictions apply Monday to Friday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Outside of these hours, parking is unrestricted. If required, visitor parking permits can be arranged for £5 per vehicle, per day.
