Cafés, restaurants, attractions, monuments, museums, and other facilities, as well as the market, cable car, marina, sea-front promenade, public gardens, and shopping centres are all within easy walking distance.
This apartment is located on the first floor, accessible via a set of stairs.
Free parking in a nearby public car park is available to guests.

Within 200m you will find the Old Town Dom Carlos gardens and the start of the sea-front promenade.

Cleaning
The property is prepared for your arrival. For stays of longer than 7 nights, a change of linen and towels, and light mid-stay cleaning of bathrooms is provided on a day and time to be advised at check-in.
All linen and towels are provided.
For health reasons, linen for a baby cot is not provided and you should bring your own.
Guests need to vacate the villa during a mid-stay clean and change of linen.

Booking Notes
The apartment has a maximum capacity of 3 adults.
Please note that the sofa bed is only prepared for reservations with more than two guests. If your booking is for two people and you wish to use the sofa bed, note that this request must be made at least 48 hours in advance and an additional fee may apply.
To secure your reservation we require a non-refundable deposit or the full amount if the reservation is made within 8 weeks prior to arrival. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
A security deposit of 150€ is required, payable by credit card before arrival.
The minimum stay is 03 nights.
Final details for check-in and driving instructions will be sent 7 days before your arrival.
The entrance code will be sent 3 days before your arrival.
Check-in and check-out flexibility will be applied where possible, but this will depend on housekeeping schedules and the departure and arrival days of other reservations either side of your stay; a definitive answer can only be provided within 24 hours of your arrival for check-in and your departure for check-out.
