Welcome to our brand new and finely renovated 140 sqm apartment in the heart of Siena's historic center. The apartment is literally few meters away from the splendid Piazza del Campo and very close to all main attractions and services. It is placed on the first floor of an elegant building and it is easily accessible via 2 flights of stairs or elevator.
It features 3 very spacious double bedrooms with king size beds, 3 bathrooms (only 2 with showers), a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen-dining area. It is also equipped with state-of-the-art climate control and security systems, four 55-inch smart TVs and 750Gb fiber optic internet, providing lightning-fast browsing both for entertainment and smart working.

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in this apartment in Siena. The apartment is beautiful and perfectly furnished. From the start of our visit we were comfortable and wishing we had more days to stay here. Our host demonstrated excellent customer service with timely responses to email questions, suggestions about places to go in Siena and facilitating our transportation from the train station to the apartment. After a long day of train travel hearing our host call my name as we arrived at the train station was a wonderful moment. This apartment and the hospitality offered by our hosts exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for your stay in Siena.
We participated in a winery tour, tasting and lunch at La Lastra.
La Lastra is near the apartment and requires only a short taxi ride. Our experience here was positive and memorable.

The hosts, Guido and Serena, were amazing. Guido welcomed us personally to the apartment and to Siena. Communication was outstanding. They have an excellent welcome packet. The apartment is exactly as described - modern comfort and historic charm in the heart of Siena. We loved it! Bedrooms were good sized and so comfortable! Bathrooms and the kitchen were clean and well equipped. Coffee and basics were provided. The washing machine was a BIG plus! They provided a crib for us. The living room was a great place to hang out and relax. I don’t know how anyone could ask for more. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Amazing accommodations for your stay in Siena

Located centrally in Siena, easy walking distance to main attractions. Guido is a wonderful host. From advice on transportation for our arrival to a full booklet with recommendations for places to eat and drink in Siena. The accommodations are beautiful! Multi Generational Trip

This stay was the favorite of our whole trip. Guido has done an exceptional job with his property, and his communication was fantastic. I will say to be prepared for a little bit of a hilly walk to get there as the location is within the no driving zone, however, there is an elevator available to help get you up to the place! Everything inside was well thoughtout, and ready for anything you needed. We also followed his recommendations for what to eat and were not disappointed at all. If we are able to go back to Siena, I know we would book here again!

Siena comes to you! We loved our stay. Our hosts, Guido and Serena were lovely- communication, responsiveness were amazing. Why stay at a hotel when you can live as a Sienese! Immaculate, modern Italian apartment- stocked (thanks for the nespresso!) The apartment which is an authentic historical building is brand new with the most thoughtful design. You can feel the love that went into this beautiful, comfortable (beds and sheets especially), spacious. We were there for a wedding and had plenty of room and bathrooms to prep! Everything happens just outside your door-parades come to you. Steps away to the piazza and all the restaurants and sights. Don't hesitate. If we ever go back we will stay again! PS Guido shared a welcome gift of homemade lemon jam and delish Limoncello!

Family get together 😊

It was fabulous, loads of space large luxury bedrooms, it ticked all the boxes, we spent lots of time in the well equipped kitchen, only short of a toaster as one member of our group told Guido, next morning a toaster arrived with a delicious jam made by guilo’s mum. A fab host easy to contact. Would and have passed on to our friends. Hope to visit again thank you .

Spectacular apartment in perfect Siena location! 10/10

Guido’s apartment was perfectly located inside the historic walled city of Siena. A few steps to Piazza del Campo with several amazing restaurants, cafes, bookstores and shops at your fingertips (just downstairs). The 3 bedroom (all king beds), 3 bathroom were perfect for our group of 5 to sleep well in Aircon including a beautiful kitchen and amenities to feel at home. Guido was a fantastic host going above and beyond to feel welcome and that every need was covered. Will stay here every time I am in Siena moving forward!

Excellence!

This is a VRBO a cut above the rest! It really feels like they furnished it for themselves as it is luxurious, tasteful and spacious. The perfect place to relax in Siena. Guido, the host, was kind and very helpful. We consider ourselves lucky to have stayed here, as many B&B’s seem to offer the bare minimum, while this place offers the best in comfort & amenities. Perfect central location. Very reasonably priced. Don’t hesitate!
