This delightful 70 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in the city. It is located on the 6th floor and has a lift access. Please note that the lift is currently out of service. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
It is designed to have a relaxing living and kitchen area. The living space features a lovely sitting area where guests can relax while watching TV after exploring the city. Feel complimentary to use the lovely balcony for fresh air or enjoy the meals outside.
The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.
The two modernly decorated bedrooms, including a queen bed fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.
The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Lisbon is Portugal's coastal and mountainous capital. From the imposing São Jorge Castle, the view takes in the pastel-colored buildings of the old town, the Tagus Estuary and the 25 de Abril Bridge.
Nearby, the National Tile Museum displays 5 centuries of decorative tiles. On the outskirts of Lisbon there are a number of Atlantic beaches, from Cascais to Estoril.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest metro station, Arroios, is just a 5-minute walk.
Humberto Delgado Airport is a 13-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
