This stunning newly built private, gated villa is located in the quieter area of Carvoeiro, close to golf courses yet within walking distance to all amenities and the beach (10 minutes) . This spacious accommodation offers a modern, cool décor with tranquil outside space leading on to sun terraces with exquisite sea views.

The villa has four bedrooms, two with king size beds and two twin rooms. All bedrooms have electric blackout blinds/curtains and offer en-suite facilities, including hair dryers and complimentary toiletries. All bedrooms have large built in wardrobes with a safe, the main bedroom also offers a TV and seating area.

The villa offers air-conditioning and heating in all rooms.

The villa has a lower level seating area with TV and fully equipped kitchenet, with fridge freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, wine cooler and a full range of acrylic wear for outside use.

The top floor of the villa offers beautiful panoramic sea views with wrap around terrace, exterior lounge seating areas and large exterior dining table. The open plan living space has large comfy sofas, satellite TV (1000's of international channels), DVD player and and PlayStation.

The dining area offers a large dining space for up to 8 people, leading onto a fully equipped modern kitchen with 2 ovens, large hob, 2 fridges, a large freezer, double dish washer, wine cooler, an integrated automatic coffee machine, and microwave .

There is a utility room on the lower level with washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are two exterior BBQ areas, one on the roof terrace with 360 views and lounge area and the second pool side with large seating and bar area. The villa also offers a beautiful private pool that can be heated for an additional charge and gardens with native plants and trees. The tranquil pool side decking areas offer, multiple seating and sun loungers with sun parasols. There is an outside Table Tennis table on the lower level behind the pool and Bocce Ball/Petanque area in the lower left hand side corner of the gardens for you to enjoy.

The large swimming pool is approximal 13 meters by 5 meters, the swimming pool can be heated for an additional cost (select 'heating' in the additional charges section) and if you require pool heating please ensure you add to your booking at least one week prior to arrival.

Pool towels are provided.

For all guests staying longer than 7 nights a complimentary linen change will be provide, for stays longer than 10 nights and mid stay light clean will be provided.

The villa is equipped with a fibre glass broadband service (FTTH) and has plenty of bandwidth to support various devices streaming at the same time, and free to use.

The property is gated and has a large private driveway for parking at least 3 cars
