This spacious 4-bedroom house in Dublin is the perfect home for families seeking a comfortable and convenient stay. Spread across three storeys, with the top floor serving as a cozy attic; this house offers ample space for everyone.
The open space kitchen is perfect for family meals, with a table that can accommodate up to six people and fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, an oven and a microwave. The apartment also has a dishwasher, making it convenient for you to clean up after preparing a delicious meal, a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs.
The master bedroom boasts a luxurious UK king-size bed and a private en-suite bathroom, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing retreat. There are two additional bedrooms with UK single beds, one is tucked away in the attic, complete with a desk for those who need a quiet workspace. The fourth bedroom features a UK bunk bed, perfect for kids, and also includes a desk. All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The three bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.
Please note that the garden is currently under maintenance and is not usable at the moment.

Also, we charge €120 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of €180 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
