What a superb place to stay! Joan was so helpful and very responsive

What a superb place to stay! Joan was so helpful and very responsive. The villa is full of character and really well equipped. Parking is so close by and very easy. The garden and pool area are delightful and beautifully designed. Petra is simply beautiful and full of lots of very friendly people. The two local shops are well stocked and close by. A big recommendation would be Can Salom. Dine at the family restaurant under the beautiful outside setting. The food was amazing and they catered for my gluten allergy well. We will definitely return!

There were 4 of us who stayed and we loved the space! It was in a quiet neighbourhood but with our rental car it was close to many other cities. The restaurants were great and the parking was free and easy. We used the backyard pool every night, it was the perfect place and we would go back in a heartbeat!

The accommodation was lovely – very clean, well equipped, and located in a charming little town. We especially enjoyed the central location, which made it easy to reach any point on the island within about 1.5 hours by car. A small note: during our stay, the air conditioning unfortunately wasn’t working, so the bedrooms were quite warm. Also, the room facing the street can be a bit lively in the mornings.

The place is peaceful and chic, just like it looked like on the photos

The place is peaceful and chic, just like it looked like on the photos. The kitchen, the patio were very nice to hang out in with friends. The best was quite comfy. Location is a better further away than others, but therefore nice and quiet - the small town has a lil charm to it. Parking is free 1 small road down the accommodation. Would recommend :)

This place is absolutely beautiful

This place is absolutely beautiful. The city of Petra is quiet and peaceful. Juan was a great host! He was flexible with check in time as our ferry got to the island early in the morning. The house was easy to find and the instructions were clear. I would HIGHLY recommend this home! And would absolutely stay again with Juan.

Beautiful and well equipped house in a lovely town

Beautiful and well equipped house in a lovely town. A perfect stay for us. Traditional stone house, with the surprise of an outdoor private courtyard with outdoor kitchen and shower to cool off. Tastefully decorated. The town itself is lovely with selection of a few welcoming bars and restaurants around the pretty town square. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience staying at this house

I had an amazing experience staying at this house. It was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and full of charm. The area was so quiet and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal—not only quiet and serene, but also well-situated for exploring other parts of the island. The host was fantastic—friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. They made sure everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a comfortable, relaxing getaway with a welcoming host, this is the perfect place. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Of you look up “above and beyond “ in a dictionary you’ll find a picture of Joan

Of you look up “above and beyond “ in a dictionary you’ll find a picture of Joan. We were unfortunately struck by unexpected health issues during our visit to Petra and I’m so grateful that Joan was our host during this time, understanding and accommodating to us in a time of need, he even drove us to the hospital when I asked for the number to a taxi service. The property is beautiful and the two bedrooms upstairs are very spacious. Just be careful not to leave even a crumb on the counter over night or ants will invade.

Lovely welcoming house……

Lovely welcoming house…….a lot bigger than photos, big bedrooms and really handy to have upstair toilet. Juan couldn’t have been more helpful, we couldn’t get washing machine door open, he came immediately and I also asked if there we’re anymore pillows……he left and went to buy some and returned straight away and with a box of biscuits!! Such a lovely guy who genuinely cared. Will definitely return 🫶🏻
