Villa Costa

Spetses island is the nearby cosmopolitan and cars free island, which can be reached in 7 minutes by sea taxis servicing 24 hours a day. This magnificent and historical island offers the perfect scenery for an evening visit, for cycling and pizza or ice cream or for a romantic drink or dinner.  Teenagers will love the beach sports – Porto Heli is a paradise for sea action. It has one of the best water ski schools- beautiful places for Scuba diving and the open-air cinema, while there are many nearby restaurants and taverns for family nights out. In the proximity there is a fishing village named Kilada with daily caught fresh fish and in many ways deliciously cooked. Porto Heli is approximately one hour from, the Ancient Theater of Epidaurus, the first capital of free Greece, Nafplio, and the site of ancient Mycenae.   



The villa is centrally and fully air conditioned by Daikin climate system. It consists of 6 bedrooms accommodating 12 guests, including a separate guest suite on the ground floor. The villa is fully equipped to take the finest care of any needs of yours.



The garden is extended and shaped on multiple levels built of local old stones, with three terraces, all with wonderful sea and Spetses Island’s, views. The entire terraces meet the large pool. A table tennis and playroom are also there at guest’s disposal; kids and adults will love it. 



The Villa complex consists of two connecting buildings extending on three (3) levels.  



a.     Ground level



It consists of large, common areas where all the villas guests can meet, wide lounge with stone floor, that leads directly to the outdoor lounge and to the beautiful open air dining area under the pergola, antique copper lamps all around indoor outdoor, bamboo sofas, important pieces of old royal Indian style indoor   wooden dining table seating 8 guests, a colonial English style kitchen fully equipped reflect the owner's sophisticated taste as a true expert.



Further ahead is the cozy living room with a modern log fireplace and a great view of the outdoor swimming pool. The large sliding doors open onto a large tiled patio for summer lounging and 'Al fresco' dining. The ground floor also includes a guest   toilet.



One separate independent guest room suite 30m2 furnished with a desk and a king size bed, a separate sofa bed, en-suite shower room/ WC and a mineral water dispenser with a mini-fridge. The suite has a separate entrance direct to the garden.



Also in ground level, there are  two outdoor dining areas, one shaded with a wooden pergola and one not, as well as by-the-pool comfortable rattan lounge furniture. - Just aside stands the large stone built-in BBQ area, - and further ahead the private parking area. Important notice:  the BBQ may not be used on windy days for safety reasons 



b.    Upper Level



The upper floor of the villa houses one (1) master bedroom with a doube bed and en-suite bathroom and enjoys a large private veranda with wonderful view over the bay to Spetses and  two (2) single beds and a shared shower room/ WC. 



c.    Lower Level



The lower level consists of two bedrooms, one with a king size bed that opens onto a terrace and another with two single beds, both sharing a bathroom. It also includes a large playroom (35 sqm), a laundry room with washing machine that visitors may use under supervision of the housekeeper if she is not using it for the villa linen!



All mattresses are high quality by Media-Strom and are all 2.20m length. The King-size mattresses are 1.70m wide.  Linen is high quality.
