Apartment N°9 (four-room apartment)
Located on the first floor, with 4/5 beds, it has no other apartments on the side but has the terraces of apartments 1 and 8 above. It has a private garden equipped for sunbathing and eating outside and a private outdoor shower with hot water. Internally it is composed of an entrance hall with a bed, two 4x3 walls of windows offering a view of the sea, LCD smart TV. From there you access the eat-in kitchen which also has a dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds and a bathroom with shower.

Important Notes:

- only small pets allowed, with a cleaning supplement of €20 on site
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels (to be paid locally): not included; €10.00 per person per week bed linen; €10.00 per person per week bathroom linen
