The building consists of two prestigious residential units, available both for joint rental and individually.

The first unit, Flatiron app 1, offers a refined living experience, featuring a bathroom, a master bedroom, and a spacious kitchen complete with a double sofa bed. Two sumptuous terraces adorned with Vietri ceramic furniture provide an atmosphere of luxury and comfort. The main terrace, enriched with comfortable lounge chairs and an umbrella, is ideal for romantic dinners with a view of the sea, while the panoramic terrace, located at the highest point of the apartment, offers a breathtaking 360° view of the splendid Amalfi Coast.

The second unit, Flatiron app 2, embodies elegance and comfort with a spacious kitchen, two double bedrooms or twin beds, and a bathroom. The unforgettable living experience is further enhanced by the magnificent terrace with an infinite sea view. Furnished with taste and care, this terrace offers an exclusive environment to enjoy breakfast in the morning or sip a fine wine at sunset, enveloped by the sensation of almost touching the horizon over the sea.

Barbecue use is not allowed.
