Villa Fonte Ripa in Tuscany by Fantasia Villas

The villa, recently and totally restored in the typical Tuscan style, is immersed in a green private park, where you can relax under the fresh shadow of a lot of different plants and trees, smell the various flowers and visit the vegetable garden from which you can take anything you like to eat.

There is a totally equipped BBQ with pizza oven too. In the area there is also a nice gazebo with a long table and chairs to have nice dinners with your holiday friends.

It offers also a lot of services dedicated to the personal care: a magnificent spa with a twin floor Jacuzzi tub with aromatherapy, a large sauna, Turkish bath, steam shower and beds for relaxing massages.

In the middle of the park there is another “pearl”, a gym room on a high level base with all-glass walls, which gives you the impression to use your gym in an open air and while you do your exercises you can enjoy the nature all around you.

In the night then some special colored leds bring you in a….magic fairy tale! The infinity pool is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds etc.

For sport lovers there is an area where you can play five-a-side football, volleyball and there is also a billiard room.

There are 6 covered parking spaces within the property which is completely fenced.

Villa Fonte Ripa is divided into two buildings: the villa and the suite.

In the suite you can find a lounge, a kitchen, a divan which can become a double bed, a satellite tv. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with bathroom and a walk-in wardrobe.

On the ground floor of the villa there is the main entrance through which it is possible to enter the large dining room and the fully equipped kitchen or into the large lounge with big divans and chairs in front of a fire place, with a 65” satellite tv. The floor is made of cream travertin. There are two at arches in cotto and the typical ceiling with wood beans and cotto tiles. There is also a half bathroom for the ground floor.

On the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms with doubles bed and en suite bathrooms. In one of these bedrooms it is possible to have two single beds. Each bedroom has a frigo bar and a beautiful view of the park. In two of the double bedrooms it is possible to add one single bed.

In the basement there is another fully equipped kitchen with a big room where you can have foods, wine tasting, a cellar with a prestigious selection of famous brand wine (Montalcino, Chianti, Montepulciano), a very large lounge room with divans and a billiard and a bathroom.
