The Area

The apartment is situated just off the bustling Ormeau Road which is a 3 min walk away and Botanic Avenue also a 3-4 minute walk. Whichever direction you choose to head in you can find a huge variety of shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Grab groceries in any of the local shops which include Tesco Express and Greggs. There are also a wonderful array of independent shops, coffee shops, and restaurants along with fast food take aways in abundance.

There’s also loads of charity shops to pick up knick knacks or have a browse and discover curios.

Botanic Park and Ormeau Park are both nearby and are great for a walk/run or summer picnic.
