Our large and lovely, 33 sqm studio, has several advantages that would allow you to enjoy perfect stays in Paris!



Welcome to a modern building and a cosy flat.

Thanks to its double sofa bed, we can host up to 2 guests. The quiet balcony is a real plus. You will enjoy the the fully equipped separate kitchen (stove, microwave, dishwasher...).



Neighborhood life is pleasant, safe and quit with all the facilities around.

Located near by Le Trocadéro and La Tour Eiffel, you would be in the center of the classy 16th district in order to enjoy Paris.



Safe and clean, you'll find all the shops, grocery, caterer, restaurants, cinema next to the unit.

The well known rue de Passy is next door as well as la Clinique de la Muette.



Located near the famous Place du Trocadero, walking distance to the Champs de Mars and Eiffel Tower or les Champs Élysées Next door you can also enjoy le Palais de Tokyo, Musée d’art Moderne and Musée Yves Saint Laurent !
