The house consists of an entrance hall, kitchen with veranda leading to the courtyard where you can eat, large living room, 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed and 1 single bed and another with a double bed and a cot. folding single, bathroom with shower and window..

Externally we find an exclusive courtyard/garden which includes an external shower, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

It is forbidden to introduce sand into the shower, leave rubbish and food/drink residues in the accommodation; furthermore, washing of dishes/glasses/pots is required.

Arrival: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at our real estate agency.
Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.

Departure: no later than 9:00.

Tourist tax due as per law, based on the number of occupants of the property:
- April, May, September, October (Euro 1.00 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights)
- June, July, August (Euro 1.25 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights)

ATTENTION: Bedroom and bathroom linen not provided, we will provide disposable mattress covers and pillow covers for the number of beds present inside the apartment.
