Villa Mary with magnificent view

Villa Mary is a charming multi-level residence with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Naples and the Isle of Capri. Its spacious terraces offer a unique atmosphere, perfect for outdoor dining and breathtaking panoramas. Inside, you'll find comfort with a cozy living area, a separate dining room, and a magnificent patio for special moments outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped, including an authentic wood-fired pizza oven, ideal for convivial moments. With four spacious bedrooms, two with private bathrooms and all with access to balconies and terraces, you can fully enjoy the Mediterranean view.

Parking is available for one car, with additional space along the street, while access to the villa is via a few steps. The terraces and balconies offer comfortable seating areas to relax, with a main terrace shaded by olive trees and enriched with a gazebo for outdoor gatherings. Various areas of the property invite you to enjoy the sun and the surrounding beauty.

Guests have exclusive access to a shared seawater pool, just 300 meters from the villa, accessible via 185 steps. Operational from June to September, the pool offers a refreshing retreat exclusively for guests of the Punta Lagno villas.

However, please note that the villa may not be suitable for elderly or mobility-impaired individuals due to stairs and steps throughout the property.

Regarding check-in and check-out times, standard check-in is between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM. Late arrivals are subject to an additional cost, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Any requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and additional costs.
