The chalet, situated at an elevation of 1300m, offers stunning views of Mont Blanc from the large terrace and Megève from the balcony.
A hot tub is available on the terrace, accommodating a maximum of 8 people simultaneously. One hot tub session per week is included in the rental price, and additional sessions are possible at an extra cost of 100.00 euros per session. Please note that children must not use the hot tub alone and unsupervised, and the water temperature should not exceed 39 degrees Celsius.
During the summer, the chalet serves as a starting point for numerous mountain hikes or athletic climbs, followed by a pleasant relaxation in the hot tub.
The chalet features a garden of 800m², private covered parking (for 2 vehicles), and a garage accessible via a driveway (heated in winter).
Available amenities include a gas barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, and bicycles.

The Neighborhood:
Situated just 300m from the Rochebrune cable car (5 minutes on foot). On the way there, you can use the free bus (stop 50m from the chalet), and coming back, you can ski directly. In a 10-minute walk, you'll reach the center of Megève (500m) and its shops (free shuttle service). During your vacation, your car can stay in the garage.
