Loved the building

Loved the building, services and location. Pleasantly surprised that I had a beautiful ocean view out of the small bedroom window in my unit 505, in addition to an partial ocean and town view from the deck. Small nitpicks on the unit. There is no comfortable seating (i.e. a lounge chair) on the deck, and the lighting in the bathroom was not really adequate. Fair amount of noise from the main road below, but not really problematic.

Average stay

Even though you are for maid service… We are relatively clean people and choose not to have somebody in the room every day. The lack of toiletry paper was disappointing. Even though the room was clean upon arrival and we left it just as clean when we left. The bed and bedding was not as comfortable as I would have expected from a resort of your level.

Beautiful unit but very noisy

We have stayed in several units in this building and like it but this one faces onto an extremely busy road with lots of truck traffic and a large hill. The view is beautiful but the outside space is almost unusable because of the noise. The pool deck is definitely a great feature of this building but has definitely become more geared to being a public bar than a private pool and New buildings built by the same developer block more of the view. Overall would recommend staying in this building but should be clearer that it's not a peaceful, quiet spot.

On the other hand, we are very sorry that your stay and relaxation were harmed by the factors you mentioned. It is important to inform you that the construction near Pinnacle Resorts does NOT belong to this corporate, therefore we can't control the working hours of the staff working on such construction, fortunately, the construction will not last forever and then calm and silence will return to the area, for the time being, we will continue to work hard to improve our services.
