Wonderful Beachfront Property

Ken and Angela’s condo is amazing! They are wonderful hosts too. Great ocean views and creatively designed condo. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return.

Awesome VRBO for Two!

We had a fabulous time. The condo was beautifully decorated w/vibrant colors. Fabulous view through windows that open to let in ocean breeze. Great location w/ few minute walk to Malecon and restaurants, bars and shops. I will stay here again!

Beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets. The unit was very clean and loved the decor. It had everything we needed. We walked to restaurants and shops. We had a great week and a great spot to take in the culture of Peurto Vallarta. The beach is nice but difficult to walk and swim due to the rocks. We still enjoyed spending afternoons on the beach with the chairs and umbrella's included in the unit. Host is great and very responsive and helpful.

Great View and Location

We really enjoyed our stay! The view is spectacular and the location couldn't be better. Just a short walk to the malecon, restaurants and shopping. The apartment is cute and authentically Mexican. It would be perfect for whale watching later in the season. Thanks

Little Gem

A cute little Mexican style place with an amazing outlook right on to the beach. Loved hearing the waves crashing. Angela and Checo both very responsive to my questions and we had absolutely no problems in our 12 day stayWould definitely consider staying again

Quick trip to PV

The condo was amazing! Wonderful neighborhood near great restaurants and just a block or so from the malecon but nothing can beat the gorgeous view!! It feels like you are literally on the water! I've been to pvr multiple times over the last 20 years and I've never had a better view or been closer to the water!!

Amazing Place!

We loved having this very well-stocked condo for our home base while exploring the great restaurants and entertainment within easy walking distance. Cheko was very helpful as our 'concierge' and Angela was very responsive to our queries. Watching waves, whales and beach walkers from the front room window each morning was a wonderful start to the day. And beautiful sunsets ended our days on a high note. Much more to see and do, so we'll be back!

One week in paradise

A beautiful week in Puerto Vallarta. Just sitting at the waterfront window was amazing. We had fun going a different direction every day as we explored Old Town. Celebrated Valentines Day at Elizabeth Taylor’s restaurant and hotel. Followed that with an amazing Art Walk in the Arts District! Ate seafood every day. FUN

Beautiful view!

We loved this place. Sergio, the property manager, picked us up at the airport, one of the nicest people I have ever met. The neighborhood is fantastic. We had to peal ourselves away from the huge window looking over the water. We didn’t go a day without seeing whales off of the beach. Fantastic!

This is an awesome apartment, in a great location. Everything you need is within short walk and for longer walks the Malecon is right there. The unit is nicely furnished and beautifully decorated with Mexican tiles, textiles, and art. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is beach gear as well as lots of little extras. Large windows open right up over the beach and we spent hours sitting there watching the ocean, people on the beach, seabirds, and whales. We spent a wonderful week here and will be back! Hosts Angela and Ken are very responsive and very friendly. Highly recommend this unit!!! Murray and Cheryl, Canada.

It felt like we were sleeping on the beach in a king size bed with the waves roaring me the sea breezes cooling us. We at dinners out but the kitchen was well equipped. We had good proximity to restaurants in Centro and romantic zone and walked to most. Plenty to do in the area. Our back yard featured many whale visitors showing off in the early morning to fireworks which came on every night at 8:30 as part of the pirate ship show in the bay. Loved the churches and beaches. People were all friendly. Even though hosts were traveling and had additional people to guide us they stayed in touch giving us ideas of things to do and watch for. Very memorable stay.

Great location for a fun getaway!

This condo is a perfect set-up that will meet all of your needs for a relaxing, fun time in Puerta Vallarta. Beautiful ocean views with beach access right outside your door. If sand is not your thing, you can take in all the beach watching right from the wide open condo windows that overlook it all. The swimming pool area is relaxing and pools are refreshing. The location is perfect as it is just a short walk to the Malecon, but yet not right on it so you don't get the noise and constant hustle-bustle. What you do get is a neighborhood vibe and a true taste of what it is like to be a local in PV. Such a cool experience!

My property manager and I were in frequent contact with our guests as they stayed a month. They said they were happy and my property manager even accepted deliveries at his residence and delivered them to our guests. They were in the final days of their stay when PV experienced civil unrest. It was scary for a few days. I was in constant contact via texting as I was in Vietnam. All appeared fine. I reassured them if they needed to stay longer they could. Their flight went out on time and they messaged they got home safely. Our property manager brought them to the airport and all was well. No signs of being upset or unhappy. I was very disappointed when they left 6/10 rating for something I had no control over (civil unrest). My property manager and I both reached out to see where we could improve or what went wrong. We were ghosted and still do not know. Since I have premier host status I was very disappointed that my rating would be in jeopardy. Unfortunately, We will never know.
