The apartment:
The RAINBOW VERMELL PENTHOUSE is one of the 7 apartments in the RAINBOW BUILDING BY BLAUSITGES.

This property is located on the 4th and highest floor of the building with NO lift.

The apartment has a large living and dining area with an open plan kitchen, two bedrooms with storage space and a full bathroom with shower. It also has a washing machine, ideal for long stays or for those who come to enjoy the beach.

One of the bedrooms also has a sink and a WC in a separate room.

Please, bear in mind that neither bedroom has a door but a curtain to provide privacy.

The highlight of the property is the terrace, facing the back of the building, which is the perfect place to relax after an exhausting day on the beach.

The RAINBOW VERMELL penthouse is equipped with 2 AC/heating units, one in the living room and the other one in one of the bedrooms. The bathroom also has a heating radiator for extra comfort during the winter months.

Using both double beds the RAINBOW VERMELL apartment can comfortably accommodate 4 guests but we can accommodate up to 17 guests booking all 7 apartments in the building.

The whole building offers fiber optic for our guests’ convenience.

This is the perfect spot for those wanting to be in the middle of the action, just a few meters from the beach and with all the bars and clubs at your doorstep.

The surroundings:
The RAINBOW VERMELL PENTHOUSE is located in the most famous street in Sitges, the “Pecado” street, where most bars and clubs are located and where most people meet and gather at night, especially on weekends and holidays.

It’s also only 50mts from the golden sandy beach and the beautiful promenade.

Being on a pedestrian street in the center, there is no need to have a car to stay at the RAINBOW APARTMENTS BUILDING but, may you decide to come to Sitges driving, we will show you the best places to park your car, on the street free of charge or at a secured parking space at an extra cost, whatever suits you best.

As mentioned, this property is on the 4th floor of the building above the street level, but it´s also on the busiest area of Sitges. Although the entire building is well soundproofed with double-glazed windows, noise from the street may be heard, especially on summer nights and weekends. The rest of the time it is a very quiet location.

It’s a privilege to stay on this street and you will sure love it if you plan to enjoy Sitges day and night, but we do not recommend it to families with babies, people looking for a relaxing stay or light sleepers who like to go to bed early.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1,75€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.

This property is equipped with a keyless smart door opening system that is managed with the guest's mobile phone or with a numerical code. We will provide access intructions before checking in.
