Outstanding Notting Hill Studio

This bright, newly refurbished studio is on the 3rd floor of a town house, in the heart of Notting Hill. This studio has an open plan kitchen with hob, refrigerator and a separate shower room with a power shower. It is decorated in an immaculate and contemporary style with a faux wooden floor. It has a TV and wifi.

In June 2023 we overhauled the water system in the building, increasing the capacity and reliability of the system

The studio is self-contained, you have your own bathroom and kitchen. The bed is of double sized and all linen and towels are provided. If you are looking for a pied-a-terre, an overnight stop off or a London hide-away, this is the place for you!

We use a keyless entry system for check-in, more information regarding this will be sent to you upon booking your stay.

Alternatively, physical keys can be arranged for lockbox collection - if you require physical keys please do let us know in advance.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building.

Luggage Drop-Off Information:

We’re happy to offer a convenient luggage drop-off service at our nearby coffee shop, just a 5-minute walk from your Airbnb.

You’re welcome to store your bags there before check-in or after check-out, so you can enjoy the city hands-free.

£10 for solo travellers

£20 for bookings with 2 or more people
(The fee covers storage for the full day.)

You should always check your VRBO messenger thread as this is how we communicate with our guests.

To access the building, you will need to download the App KLEVIO and share your email address with us, this will enable us to send you an electronic key, you will then be able to open the building door and your apartment door.

The washer/dryer is communal and situated in the basement of the building. There are hours within which it cannot be used, these are clearly signed on the door.

Please note there is no elevator in the building.

A travel cot and high-chair can be added to the room if you require it.
