The place itself was nice, and I have no real complaints there. However, the listing was unclear, and I didn't realize that this place is more like a hotel than a Vrbo. While it is a condo, it is treated like a hotel. You must wear a wristband during your entire stay, and if you have any guests they must check in with the registration desk. That's not really what I signed up for. Moreover, we were there during the attacks by the cartels, and management was clearly taking advantage of the situation to make money. Our flight was originally moved from Monday to Saturday, and they were able to accommodate us in the same room because the next person cancelled due to the attacks. However, when our flight was moved from Saturday back to Thursday, they would not refund us for Friday and Saturday nights despite the fact that the situation was beyond our control. So they essentially stole over 400 from us by taking advantage of the cartel violence. And I'm sure they kept the person's money who cancelled to allow us to stay. While the people who work at this property are very nice and tried to be helpful, I would not stay here again because of the management.
