VILLA BELLO - FLORENCE AREA

Located in the heart of Tuscany, famous for its excellent wineries and restaurants, Villa Bello is a charming villa featuring a private swimming pool and captivating country views. Positioned in a quiet area near small country houses and a church (whose bell chimes only during the day), the villa ensures complete privacy. Only 4 km from shops and services, the medieval village of San Gimignano, recognized as a World Heritage Site, is also conveniently nearby.

Villa Bello develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

On the ground floor you will find a large, bright living room with a seating area (with sofas and armchairs) at one end, and a well-equipped kitchen (with table seating 14 guests) at the other. Next to the main living room you will find a smaller living area (with sofa and 55” HD TV). There is also a common bathroom and a large bedroom with a king-size bed, double sofa bed (for two children, on request), a wardrobe and ensuite bathroom (with shower, sink, bidet, and toilet). In addition, there is a laundry area and all rooms on this floor have direct access to the veranda or garden through a French door.

The first-floor features five bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, washbasin, bidet. and toilet). The first three bedrooms are accessed via a staircase in the main living room and the other two from a staircase from the smaller living room. Three of the bedrooms feature king size beds and two are equipped with queen size beds. Upon prior requested, two of the bedrooms can be set up as twin bedrooms, with two single beds. In addition, two different types of pillows are provided for each guest.

Outside there is a veranda next to the villa with a seating area and the garden features a shady dining area (with table for 14 guests) as well as steps to the lower part of the garden with a swimming pool (12 x 5m) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers). In addition, there is a private parking area with an electric gate.
