Bayside A - Apartments and Studios offer self-catering accommodation in the sought-after area of St Julian’s. It is renowned as a popular vacation spot, with its touristy center and nightlife, casinos, pubs, and clubs in the Paceville area. These apartments are all tastefully finished to commodity standards and are equipped with modern furnishings. Additionally, all properties have a balcony with street or in-land views and are furnished with outdoor facilities. The distance of the apartment from Swieqi to the airport is approximately 10 KM (a 16-minute drive).
This 2-bedroom apartment is equipped with a TV, kitchenette (electric stove, kettle, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator, microwave), small dining counter, providing ample space for relaxation and meals, and two bathrooms. This property also comes with a well-sized balcony with inland views and can comfortably accommodate 7 guests, up to a maximum of 9.
Bedroom 1: 3 single beds and 1 bunk bed
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed
Additional information:
1. There is a government Ecotax charge to be paid upon arrival of €0.50 per person, per night.
2. Please note that the damage deposit of €150 to be collected by the property applies to a maximum of 4 people only. Cards accepted. This is adjusted to €50 per person after the 5th person onwards. (Applies to bookings less than 1-month stay).
3. The building has a lift.
4. WI-FI is available for free in all of the buildings (for less than 1-month stay) and not applicable for a 1-month stay and above.
5. Parking is available on the street.
6. Paid washing machine and dryer available on the lower ground floor.
7. Gym is open in the building and open from May to September.
8. Monthly rates between September to May excluding utility bills, wifi connection and other services. Paid monthly in advance.

(d) Refundable deposit will be the equivalent to the monthly rate and if cancelled before arrival, will not be refunded.
9. After check out cleaning fees for a monthly or long stay is €200 which applies for laundry of linens, repainting, and deep cleaning works which is paid in advance at the property on arrival.
Guests at Holiday Letting Malta have easy check-in and are free at any time with self-key boxes to collect keys on their arrival. You can easily find the apartments during the day and night since they are all color-coded. Although Swieqi is regarded as a quiet, family-oriented town, it still throbs with life due to the number of nearby cafés, restaurants, and supermarkets. Public transport like bus and cabs are easily accessible.
