This cosy apartment in Strand will comfortably sleep up to six guests.
Providing a homely atmosphere, guests will be delighted to indulge in
this getaway and home away from home. Located in the lovely Greenways
Golf Estate, right on Laguna Beach - this snug apartment welcomes its
guests with extravagant views of greenery and a hint of ocean
The main living area offers an intimate, open-plan living space. This
comprises of a stylish lounge with a smart TV with Wi-Fi providing
access to DSTV and YouTube. The kitchen is fully equipped with every
essential appliance, as well as a dishwasher creating the ideal
self-catering getaway. The lounge area is separated from the patio via
glass doors, with enough seating space for 6 guests with an incredible
view of the pond.
This apartment boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom
consists of a double bed, en-suite with a shower, while the other two
bedrooms offer 2 single beds per room with a shared bathroom. A single
garage is available to securely park your car with the added benefit of
granting you access to a washing machine and tumble dryer. Visitors are
provided with designated parking allowing your friends to feel welcome
during their visit to the estate.
Greenways Golf Estate offers a unique lifestyle, situated between
Strand and Gordons Bay. The estate lies at the edge of the sea which
forms its southern boundary, offering spectacular views of False Bay
and beyond. Head on down to Strand beach or visit some of Franschhoek’s
most revered wine farms, there is always something to do during your
stay at Laguna Beach B8.
Facial Recognition Fee: The charge for facial recognition is R250 per person.
Guests must visit the clubhouse to complete their registration and make payment. Payment is preferred by card, as we cannot guarantee cash acceptance.
Clubhouse Hours: Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM, Friday: 9 AM - 1 PM (Note: The clubhouse is closed on weekends).
After-Hours Check-In: If you need to check in outside of these hours, please sign in and out at the gate until your registration is completed.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
