The area is fantastic - three cinemas nearby (Islington Vue, Everyman Screen on the Green, Odeon Luxe and Dine...), with the Almeida Theatre and Sadlers Wells a short distance away. Buses 19 and 38 get you to the West End quickly. Angel tube is close by, under 5 mins walk if you're not distracted by the shops on the way! This means that you can get to all other areas of London in good time.

Angel hosts most good high street chains (e.g. Uniqlo, MUJI, Hotel Chocolat, Argos) and areas like Upper Street and Camden Passage have a range of independent shops. The restaurants, cafes and pubs are fantastic.

The property is also close to the Angel Business Design Centre (under 3 minutes' walk away). The walk along the canal (either west to King's Cross, or to east London) is lovely, and there's a really nice communal garden at the end of the street.

- The kitchenette is well equipped for basic food preparation (including hob and pans), but there is no oven.
- There are utensils, cutlery, a plug-in induction hob, pans, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and under counter fridge freezer.
- The mattress is high quality, bedding and towels provided.
- The bedside tables have plugs and USB ports for easy recharging.
- You can log in to your accounts (e.g. Netflix) on the TV, but please remember to log out before leaving.
- The basement has central heating (externally controlled). To keep you toasty, there's a large oil-based electric plug-in radiator too.
- You can see a plan with the photos. There are external stairs leading down to the (small) entrance. This is private, so you have the place to yourself, and can let yourself in with the code at your own convenience.
