A one-bedroom apartment that's the perfect base from which to explore Shoreditch, London. It's in a converted warehouse and relatively close to Regent's Canal, with a 20-minute walk to Angel Tube Station. It's in a lively area but has a calm, Zen-like quality, making it the perfect place for couples or solo travelers to explore. There's plenty to do in the nearby area, including a great selection of bars and restaurants.
It comprises a bedroom, living area, bathroom, and a private balcony. The bedroom is a pleasant space to relax and get some work done. It comes standard with a queen-size bed, which is spacious, comfortable, and lined with hotel-quality bedsheets and linens to ensure a good night's rest—a dedicated work desk with a chair. There's also a small locker with a key to keep your valuables safe.
Outside, the property features an open-plan living area exuding an industrial-chic look and feel. It has large windows that allow lots of natural sunlight, a leather sofa, a TV, and a 4-person dining table, perfect for entertaining and lounging around if you prefer to have a night spent chilling indoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod-cons needed to whip up a homestyle meal, including two ovens, a built-in fridge, a food processor, a toaster, and a microwave. There's also a coffee machine for you to use and enjoy.
The private balcony has a view of the neighborhood and is covered. It's spacious, with two chairs and a table for outdoor dining. The bathroom is well-kept and has all the essentials, including fresh towels, toiletries, a hair straightener, and a curler, at no extra cost! It has a tub with a shower and a splash guard!
Cleaning and sanitization will be done before your anticipated arrival.

On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout

This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time.
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). For security purposes, there may be an additional cost to replace the locks. So, please keep your keys safe :)
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 GBP smoking fee, at minimum.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
