We are excited to showcase our recently renovated 2 bedroom flat situated in the centre of South Kensington, perfect for accommodating up to 4 guests.
Situated strategically, this residence offers an ideal starting point for exploring Londons major attractions.

This two story flat features a private street level entrance and accommodation over the 1st and 2nd floors.. The first floor comprises of a spacious lounge, dining room, separate kitchen, and a WC.
Upstairs ,you'll find a master bedroom, a second bedroom , and a shower room.

Exceptional Stay in London

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the underground and restaurants. The interior is simply gorgeous, with elegant decor and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.This was my second time staying here, overall, my stay was incredibly comfortable, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation in South Kensington.

This apartment is phenomenal for a visit to London. It is steps away from the Kensington South station and in the midst of tons of food, shopping and sight seeing destinations. The check in process was incredibly easy. The apartment was very clean and the back deck area was great for morning coffee. The second bedroom is quite small, but it is great for kids.Would definitely recommend.

Great Location

For us it was a central location to where we wanted to go and find coffee and food. We did a lot of walking and felt safe and very capable to find our way around. Apartment was comfortable and cozy for our family of 3. We liked that the street was only a walkable street and had restaurants. Highly recommend!

The apartment was perfect for a family and friends. We even had a family member join us and watched a game together. And the proximity to wonderful restaurants, cafes, and bars was such a plus. The kitchen was perfect. It would have been helpful to have some instructions in advance on where to take out garbage and recycling bags, etc., but we eventually figured it out. It also would have been helpful to have updated wifi instructions in advance, but we also figured that out after 2 days. One of the best VRBO properties we have stayed at. Wonderful!

Lovely area and very convenient to tube and restaurants. The downside is it is very noisy every day and night. The pub downstairs is open until midnight every night and the street noise starts again from 5am. The property has the basics and was comfortable. Does look better in the photos. There is a damp smell in the apartment and unpleasant smell from the drains so needed to air it out daily. WiFi dropped out a few times but resetting the modem helped. Host communication was great.

Happening in South Ken

Modern apartment on happening street in South Ken. Ideally located to restaurants, bakeries, pub, museums and tube. Second room is a tight squeeze and there are many stairs to consider. Overall great stay in the spring.

This is a lovely, clean, well furnished flat which served the 3 of us well. The location is PERFECT for access to the Tube and restaurants. Ironically, the location is less than perfect for street noise, being across the street from a lively pub. It was warm during our stay and we preferred the windows open for air circulation. However, the master bedroom was a problem. Noise was not a problem in the back bedroom.

Perfect Spot!

We loved our stay in this apartment! Located on a great street with lots of restaurants and bakeries, so close to the South Kensington tube stop, Natural History Museum and V&A. Large bedroom was graciously sized with lots of storage and comfortable bedding. The two-twins bedroom was tight, but just right for two kids. Bathrooms were clean and bright, kitchen was perfect for a quick, hot breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day. No need to cook dinner with so many restaurants nearby, but could easily have managed it with the fully stocked cabinets. Easy check-in and -out, quick and thorough communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean, Close to tube, A little noisy

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The flat was clean and had everything we needed for our three nights. I really enjoyed having an outdoor area where we could eat one evening when the weather cooperated. Close to the South Kensington station made getting around London easy.Two things to note: 1. There's a pub across the street so it can be noisy in the evenings. The two light sleepers slept in the back bedroom, so we were fine. 2. The laundry detergent used to wash the bedding has an incredibly strong smell which was rather unpleasant when trying to get to sleep.

Charming Stay in the Heart of London!

This property in South Kensington, London, was absolutely wonderful! Great location and cozy atmosphere. The property was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to enjoy breakfast and late night snacks during our stay. The beds were also incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. One of the highlights of our stay was the restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The host was fantastic and provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and transportation options. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better experience in London. We highly recommend this VRBO property to anyone looking for a charming and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city. We can't wait to come back again soon!

Perfect London Flat

We loved our stay at this property. The flat is nicely arranged, in a great location, and fit our family of four really well. The house had everything we needed and the sleeping arrangements fit our needs. We didn't use the kitchen much (which seemed fine), mostly because the neighborhood has so many lovely food options that we didn't want to bother with cooking. Accessing the Kensington Station is really easy, as well as several major museums, parks, etc. The neighborhood can be a little noisy in the evenings so if you go to be early and are really sensitive to noise, you may notice it. For us it wasn't an issue and things settled down by the time we wanted to go to bed. We were there over Bonfire Night so the noise was kind of expected. The washer/dryer is pretty small by American standards but it did the trick for a light load of laundry. Overall we had a great stay and would pick this location again for a future trip.
