From the entry a grand staircase winds down to the impressive open living space and dining room with large picture windows overlooking the pool and terraces, all with breathtaking views. The modern kitchen is centrally located in the same space and fully equipped with high end appliances, two dishwashers, two hobs and spacious American fridge.



A small corridor to the right opens to an office room with en suite bathroom and sofa bed, upon request this can be made up as a bedroom for 2 additional people. Behind the kitchen located is another set of spiral stairs, with access to the third bedroom suite, with laundry room in the hallway, extra cupboards, bedroom with 160cm bed, dressing, en suite shower room and terraces. This is the perfect accommodation for guests who value their privacy away from it all.



Outside the pool is surrounded by sun loungers and invites to relax while taking in the views. Several shady lounge areas and a dining terrace are available, perfect for an aperitif at sunset and al fresco dining.



The villa is located 5 minutes from the bustling market and restaurants of Eze village, as well as coast and beaches. The lively coastal villages Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Villefranche are only a short drive away.
