Great location
This flat is in the Paddington area -- very near the Underground and many quality restaurants and pubs. It is on a quiet residential street, which we enjoyed. The flat is very large, and accommodated my wife and I and our 2 adult sons very well. The property is a bit dated, but we did not mind as we did not spend much time there. The hosts are wonderful to work with, and helped schedule transportation on both our arrival and departure. Check in was very easy. I would highly recommend this property to those who are considering a house rental over a hotel. 5 stars all around.

Beautiful neighborhood, older property
Easy walk to Bayswater and Paddington stations. The taxi service driver provided the keys. Two of the three bathrooms were not fully functional. The host never responded to our concern about having one less shower than advertised. The apartment was very cold upon arrival. The heat turned itself off every two hours. One of the bedrooms was very cold due to poorly functioning heat. There were no instructions about check out procedures. The taxi service driver, Cyril is helpful and friendly.

We did forewarn about the shower in the property information that was sent to you prior to your arrival - DON'T USE EN-SUITE SHOWER- DOOR IS FAULTY/LEAKING WATER TO BASEMENT. Its something that was out of our control, unfortunately. You would have also been advised about the issue at let-in. We are disappointed that no one contacted us to say the heating was malfunctioning. Its a first for this flat, after 15 years renting it. We would have sent someone over there straight away if we had known about it because we always have someone on standby to go to properties to handle any issues that may arise.
RE check out – On 1/4 – we asked you to let us know what time you wish to be picked up from the flat to Heathrow, then we confirmed your check out.
