Hello Nancy, thank you for the feedback, it's much appreciated. We did forewarn about the shower in the property information that was sent to you prior to your arrival - DON'T USE EN-SUITE SHOWER- DOOR IS FAULTY/LEAKING WATER TO BASEMENT. Its something that was out of our control, unfortunately. You would have also been advised about the issue at let-in. We are disappointed that no one contacted us to say the heating was malfunctioning. Its a first for this flat, after 15 years renting it. We would have sent someone over there straight away if we had known about it because we always have someone on standby to go to properties to handle any issues that may arise. RE check out – On 1/4 – we asked you to let us know what time you wish to be picked up from the flat to Heathrow, then we confirmed your check out. TAXI CONFIRMATION Thank you for submitting your departure details, which have been confirmed as; Departure date: Tuesday 8th April 2025 Pick up from: Flat A 40 Queens Gardens Pick up time ... - this will give you plenty of time for a 2pm flight out.
