Spend a vacation with luxury and privacy guaranteed in this beautifully
decorated two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment that can comfortably
sleep up to 4. Capri 101, situated in the Island Club in the high-end
area of Century City, comes with a broad range of features to ensure a
comfortable and relaxed stay.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, while
the second bedroom has two single beds and access to the shared
bathroom. The main living area is an open-plan design featuring the
kitchen, 6-seater dining area and lounge. The kitchen comes fully
equipped with all appliances needed for a comfortable self-catering
stay in this lovely setting. The lounge includes a flat-screen TV with
DSTV and sliding doors leading out to a balcony. The spacious balcony
is furnished and welcomes guests to use the gas braai facility while
enjoying the sunset views. Undercover and outside parking are available
for guests' safety and convenience.
With a location in the heart of Century City, guests are at a
convenient distance from the luscious Intaka Nature Reserve and just a
few minutes from Canal Walk shopping centre - one of the largest
shopping venues in Africa. Furthermore, the Island Club is a short
distance from the N1 highway, which takes you directly to the Cape Town
City Centre with its outstanding collection of restaurants, cafés, bars
and stores.
For security and safety purposes, guests are required to provide full names, identification, details of any children travelling, vehicle registrations, and estimated arrival times prior to check-in. This information will be treated confidentially, and failure to submit it on time may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with you to meet at the property, which is situated at The Island, Century City
